These terms apply when you browse Sniff Root or place an order with us. They sit alongside your rights under applicable consumer law and do not replace those rights.

About our shop

Sniff Root is operated by a sole trader and sells dog enrichment products through this online store. Email hello@sniffroot.com about these terms or an order, or use the contact form linked in the store footer.

Orders and payment

Product details, available options and prices are shown before you submit an order. UK delivery is free; any applicable non-UK delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment. Prices are displayed in GBP unless the store clearly shows another currency. An order is subject to availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and return any payment received.

Product use

Please read the product description and play guidance before use. Root & Seek is intended for supervised enrichment play and is not a chew toy. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged. You are responsible for choosing a product that is appropriate for your dog and for supervising use.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery information is provided on our Shipping & delivery page. Cancellation, return and refund information is provided on our Returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Website content

We aim to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Store content, branding and original design may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify also processes information needed to operate checkout and the store.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future visits and orders. The terms in force when an order is placed apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while any mandatory rights available where you live continue to apply.
