Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return.

Change-of-mind returns

Email hello@sniffroot.com or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Return the complete toy, including every removable piece, within 14 days after telling us you wish to return it. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; a refund may be reduced if handling beyond that has diminished its value.

You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us promptly at hello@sniffroot.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Refund timing

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For a statutory cancellation, we also refund the standard outbound delivery cost; upgrades above the least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email hello@sniffroot.com immediately. If cancellation is still possible, we will stop the order and refund it. If it has already been dispatched, the return process applies.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
