Refund policy

30-day return window

Email hello@sniffroot.com within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return your order. Return the complete toy, including every removable piece, within 14 days after telling us. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund if handling beyond that has diminished its value.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. Please email hello@sniffroot.com before sending anything so we can provide instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email hello@sniffroot.com promptly with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For a statutory cancellation, we also refund the standard outbound delivery cost; upgrades above the least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Cancellation

Email hello@sniffroot.com immediately if you need to cancel. If the order has not entered processing, we will stop and refund it. If it has already been dispatched, the return process applies.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
